Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IST VAMICO SDN BHD, we strive to ensure that all products supplied meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products (industrial paints and coatings), all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.
– Orders may only be cancelled prior to production, mixing, or dispatch.
– Once the order has been processed, mixed, or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
– Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative or restocking charges.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
– Wrong product delivered by IST VAMICO SDN BHD
– Defective or damaged products upon delivery
– Significant quality issues verified by our technical team
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
– Custom-made or OEM products (including custom colors)
– Products that have been opened, used, or altered
– Orders that were confirmed and produced according to customer specifications
– Customers must provide proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
– Our team will review the request and may conduct further inspection if necessary.
– If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
– Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging.
– Transportation or return costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
IST VAMICO SDN BHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
